purchase as many licenses as many employees will use VisualSVN simultaneously. In most cases,

No. At the moment there is no special discount for resellers. But since you
provide additional service to the customer you are free to set your own
price for VisualSVN.
To purchase VisualSVN on behalf of your customer you should provide
real customer's company name in the License To field of the online
checkout form. And you should provide your company name and email
there to get the license and the invoice.

an order. If you have purchased VisualSVN with credit card then delivery should be almost instantaneous.
