In order to setup VisualSVN, you need to download and install the latest stable version of TortoiseSVN Subversion client. The current version of VisualSVN is compatible with 1.7.x versions of TortoiseSVN (excluding nightly TortoiseSVN builds numbered as 1.7.99.x).
It's recommended to use the latest stable TortoiseSVN 1.7.12 build.
