Symptoms
You run VisualSVN Server on a laptop with discrete NVIDIA graphics and experience the following behavior:

Installation or upgrade of VisualSVN Server interrupts with the error.
Custom action InstallWMISchemaExecute failed: Cannot query proxy blanket: No such interface supported (0x80004002). -
You see the following error on VisualSVN Server Manager dashboard.
Cannot query proxy blanket: no such interface supported (0x80004002)
Resolution
The behavior is a result of a bug in NVIDIA GeForce drivers. The bug has been fixed in NVIDIA GeForce 295.xx drivers, therefore updating the driver should solve the issue.
